Nominations for the annual Hugo Awards – considered the ‘Oscars’ of the science fiction and fantasy community – are now open. The winners of these prestigious awards will be announced at a special ceremony at Aussiecon 4, the next World Science Fiction Convention, which will be held in Melbourne 2 – 6 September 2010.
